20 AI-prompts voor horror-boekomslagen
Horror-omslagen mislukken meestal om de tegenovergestelde reden van wat je zou verwachten: er wordt te veel getoond. De prompts hieronder zetten in op terughoudendheid — één detail, veel duisternis en een compositie die het bovenste derde rustig laat, zodat je titel daar kan wonen.
Hoe een horror-omslag is opgebouwd
- Eén motief, nooit twee. Een tweede object maakt van onbehagen een scène — en een scène verklaart zichzelf.
- Houd het bovenste derde rustig. Die ruimte is voor de titel; een vol beeld vecht tegen de tekst.
- Licht uit één bron. Twee lichtrichtingen ogen als een fotoshoot; horror wil één enkel, verkeerd licht.
- Verval wint het van bloed. Rot, vocht, stof en slijtage overleven de Amazon-thumbnail; bloed wordt een bruine vlek.
- Houd het gezicht verborgen. Silhouet, een afdruk achter stof, een hand aan de rand — de rest vult de lezer zelf in.
De leegte
