Hur ett skräckomslag komponeras
- Ett motiv, aldrig två. Ett andra föremål gör obehag till en scen, och en scen förklarar sig själv.
- Låt övre tredjedelen vara tyst. Den ytan tillhör titeln — en bild som fyller den slåss mot typografin.
- Ljus från en enda källa. Två ljusriktningar ser ut som produktionsvärde; skräck vill ha ett enda fel ljus.
